Overall Satisfaction with AB Tasty
We use AB Tasty, along with a suite of other internal tools, to support our testing and optimization efforts across the organization. We use AB Tasty to quickly spin up experiments and gather insights which informs our next steps and road maps.
- Onboarding users onto the AB Tasty platform is quick and painless and does not require a technical background.
- AB Tasty plugs in really well as the next step after UX has done their user testing, providing the quantitative analysis to their qualitative analysis and helps identify areas of opportunity.
- AB Tasty's reporting suite is easy to understand and helps prevent "analysis paralysis".
- One thing that we would find helpful, and I'm not convinced it would be AB Tasty's role, is a way to do some basic modeling and projections based on the experiment results. What might we expect if we roll out this change?
- Increased digital subscription conversions.
- Improved customer experience on our websites.
- Prevented us from implementing features that would have negatively impacted our KPIs.
Our CSMs have been responsive when we have sought out assistance both with implementation and testing concepts and, on the very rare occasion, a bug or something that we identified as a possible opportunity for improvement. The support from AB Tasty has been top-notch.
- Omniture (Adobe Analytics).
- Krux (Salesforce DMP).
- Client-side integrations on multiple web platforms, including one that used Polymer and Web Components.
We experienced little-to-no difficulty in integration outside of the Polymer-based site where executing experiments through the GUI required more technical expertise.
AB Tasty has very aggressive pricing and a simple-to-use toolset. We feel that AB Tasty gives us what we need and the other vendors don't provide additional value to justify the cost.
