- Customer support for installation/setup has been easy to work with.
- The cloud option makes remote work much more practical for our staff.
- Continuous backup of the database puts our minds at ease.
- As support staff and not a user I don't have any experiences with the software itself, but I've received no complaints.
- Billing could be more seamless, I have had difficulty getting cloud costs merged with software costs.
- Transitioning away from an on-premise solution has reduced staff time required for updates or backup of the database and removed a lot of inefficiencies related to our accountant's remote work.
