Overall Satisfaction with Abila MIP Fund Accounting
We use MIP Fund Accounting to process all of our accounts payable/general ledger functions for three subsidiaries including HUD Homes. It is used only by our Finance Department and helps us track grant monies, monies spent on specific projects by the use of transaction lines which can be coded specifically to a job cost code.

Cons
- Prompting of duplicated invoice numbers - this doesn't always work and at times causes errors
Yes this has been a great feature in MIP. We can track all of our grants whether restricted or non-restricted. We also are able to have multiple companies within our organization and that helps keeping our HUD homes in a different area.
We have a much better way of seeing our vendors and their activity and this helps during budgeting time. In the A/P world, MIP has brought us to a whole new level with fingertip access to any information we need on any one of our vendors. Our files are now up to date including our W-9s.
