Overall Satisfaction with Abila MIP Fund Accounting
MIP Fund Accounting, currently we have the payroll module, hr Management module.
Accounting MIP is used daily.
The Payroll Module is used twice a month, from entering hours worked to calculating taxes, Producing year end tax forms.
HR Management, I found this module is helpful, however we are not using this program to its fullest ability, we are still using paper time sheets and entering them in manually. I only wish that we could intergrade the HR WEB Time Sheets.
- Good program for Non-Profits, reports are easy to customize. Tracking entries and payments are easy. The Payroll module is easy to navigate and transferring PAYROLL to Accounting is very easy.
- More details on each transaction; Example, enter invoice, processed and paid, to be able to click on the vendors payment and see all the functions effected during the process from entering to cutting a check for this vendor. Currently, if we had a questions an invoice and to see what functions effected, I would have to open two screens.
- MIP Funding, to be able to transfer Payroll to the accounting with double entry is a major time saver.
