Overall Satisfaction with Absorb LMS
My entire organization uses Absorb LMS. Every single day we have online training courses that must be completed. We used to use a different platform to house & track our continuing education course work, but now we use Absorb [LMS]. The overall cleanliness of the look has really improved since we switched over to Absorb [LMS]. I must admit, I liked our previous platform (Bridge) better for checking the progress of the users.
- The notification system is great
- Absorb is very intuitive and user friendly
- The look and face of the platform is very clean
- It's somewhat challenging to navigate for managers tracking employees
- It could use a feature to track the conversations we have with employees
- Tracking learner progress could be better
- Honestly, I can't really say that Absorb [LMS] has had a positive or negative impact on the business
- Some features are better than the last program we used, but nothing earth shaking
- Some features are less than ideal, but it's nothing we really feel the need to complain about
