Overall Satisfaction with Absorb LMS

Absorb LMS is currently used for internal users and will also be available to external users in the near future. We utilize Absorb as a learning tool for employees for any new features and processes, along with use instructions for our employees. Specific courses are built for specific departments. My primary role at the company is Education and I mainly work within Absorb as my job duty.

This is the first LMS used for our company. However, during a search for the best LMS, I found the features and usability of Absorb above the rest.

Absorb is amazing, especially as a new-time user with no LMS experience. I do wish some things were a little easier to locate and more clear, but these are minor, as I've learned the correct process and steps.

Using Absorb LMS

100 - Currently, internal users only complete courses done via Create. We will eventually utilize Engage as well. We will build courses and curriculums that are geared towards external users as well.
