Overall Satisfaction with Absorb LMS

We use Absorb as an LMS platform to host content for our Sales team. Users approx 900

Pros

  • Customisation - ability to make the platform look exactly how you like
  • Split dashboards for different teams using the same platform
  • Customer support is great - especially our CSM Brittney K

Cons

  • Low impact ticket issues take a long time to resolve and result in a lot of manual work from the user side when I believe fixing an issue should be Absorb fixing it
  • Positive ROI with increased engagement in learning completion and ability to track this completion
Easy to learn and navigate from user and admin perspective
