Overall Satisfaction with Absorb LMS

Absorb has played a huge role in being able to effectively present our learning courses/modules/training sessions and has made the learning experience for both admin and users easy and enjoyable to use

Pros

  • Great presentation in platform
  • Manages user/learners really well
  • Great entry level automations for learning pathways

Cons

  • Would be great to see great depth with automations
  • Navigating the admin portal can be cumbersome
  • Would love to see easier ways of managing course builds
  • It has really helped drive user engagement and learning, which in turn has drastically improved customer/partner outcomes
  • provides a great way for us to scale as a business and provide more training to more people rather than 1 on 1
  • Similar to the above, our cost to serve has slowly declined which is a great outcome for the business
There's certainly room for improvement in the navigation within the platform and admin centre however, overall, it's pretty good. I would recommend reviewing how many clicks it takes to get to certain places, for example marking attendance - should be more easily accessible.

Not sure, haven't used anything else outside of Absorb
I would say based on my current experiences that it would stack up quite well however, it can be a little difficult to navigate and sometimes hard to find the thing we want / not intuitive
Outside of this, it's a great platform with a good level of customizability

Can't really answer this one well as I've really only ever worked with Absorb in the current role I'm in and not had an exposure to anything else. I think it does exactly what it's designed to do quite well, room for improvement yes, but it'll only be going from Good to Great!
