Acoustic Analytics is a must have tool for all digital marketing professionals because the data insights which the tool gives is pretty impressive and accurate as per our experience with the tool. It is being used across our whole organization for recording and analyzing customer interactions on our website. It allows us to catch glitches in the system that may be hindering customer experience.

The thing I like best about Acoustic Analytics is the ability to view real-time traffic. Watching users actively use the website allows me to increase the user's experience by letting us know what areas users are interested or not interested in. Having this data lets us know how a user's journey is on our webpage.
