Overall Satisfaction with Acronis Cyber Backup

We use it across the entire org as our go-to backup/disaster recovery plan.
  • Bare metal backup for physical and virtual servers.
  • File folder backup.
  • Cloud + local backup.
  • I would like to see an option to test the boot-ability of a VM in an automated process.
  • Server recovery time has lessened.
  • Confidence in backups has risen.
Acronis' ease of use surpassed Veeam and provided more functionality.
It is suited in small to large sized businesses. It may be less appropriate for a customer with a large data set and a small budget due to the cost compared to some less effective solutions.

Acronis Cyber Backup Support

We have to provide lots of logs and other details but the solution is usually prompt. I would prefer the support team get connected to obtain these logs.
