Overall Satisfaction with Act-On

We primarily use the email blasting capabilities, A/B functionality, and integration with Webex but have also used the SEO and web traffic tracking with success. Act-On has become very instrumental in our ability to reach existing clients and prospects through email and our website.
  • The real highlight of our experience is working with Jacob Monserrat as our primary point of contact. Jacob is extremely well-versed in the capabilities and functionality of Act-On. Our business is built on client service, so Jacob's involvement in our implementation and use of Act-On has been very much appreciated. I would highly recommend Act-On to anyone looking for a great client service experience. They seem to hire and train people who place a high value on making a process simple without dumbing it down.
  • I wish it was a little more consistent in dealing with the professional services (consulting) department.
  • It is still early to tell how much of an impact Act-On can have from a revenues standpoint, but we've certainly adopted the software into our daily processes which says a lot for Jacob and the implementation team. Getting the program off the ground was very well managed by Act-On.

A big plus is that we've dealt with the same person from implementation to ongoing support (Jacob) who is very knowledgable. When Jacob doesn't know an answer, the question doesn't just go into a blackhole; Jacob does the research and enlists help from his coworkers to solve our issue. Our primary consideration for renewal will be client support.
Although we are a smaller company (25-50 employees), our company culture is to be very diligent in our analysis of any new product or service. Our main considerations were how the interface worked with Salesforce.com and Webex. We have been very pleased.
