Overall Satisfaction with Act-On

We use Act-On for email marketing and website tracking. It has increased visibility into website traffic and provided an easy way to get started with marketing automation.
  • Lead Scoring - Allows profiles to "build" and scores based on your parameters.
  • Automation programs - Confusing to set up but if you can get it going, it works well.
  • Web Traffic Monitoring - Easy to see who has been on your site.
  • Landing pages and forms - difficult to customize unless you know how to code.
  • Buggy at times although if you reach out to Act-On they are quick to find a resolution.
  • Emails - I have [noticed] that graphics don't come through unless the receiver clicks "view images"
  • Better visibility into what leads are doing (email, forms, website, etc.,)
Easier to use and less expensive.
Act-On can still handle everything that we do and it is a pleasure to work with their support team.
Act-On is great for organizations who are just getting started with marketing automation. It's perfect for SMBs.
