Overall Satisfaction with Act-On
Act-On is being used by our sales team as it sits in their Salesforce view and is also used by marketing to monitor activities and lead scoring. It is mainly being used by those two departments. What we do in management is pull reports to monitor activity. It is a great way to see our engagement with our customers.

- I wish that I could have my programs pause automatically during holidays. I have to manually stop my programs.
- When creating a segment, I want to have a drop down for all of my sales reps and my fields, instead of manually typing them in.
- Faster lead conversion - we are getting more replies.
- Standardization - we took our best messaging and implemented it across the board. Improved all of our sales people.
- Increased employee efficiency, the call volumes have increased, as no one is concerned with sending emails.
- We are able to request reviews from customers automatically.
With some of the others we would have to maintain two databases. That wasn't feasible for us. In addition to that, price wise it was more money and I didn't recognize any clear cut features that really forced us to pay that much more for something that wasn't giving us that much more of a benefit.

Price wise they were the most aggressive. From a feature standpoint it was simple, and easy. They had all of the features that we needed and many more we didn't even know that we wanted that we can't live with out now.

For website visitors. Rachel went above and beyond. Helped us set it up, tested it and then logged in on her own to show us mistakes that we had made. She was doing this during nights and weekends. Great job.
