Overall Satisfaction with Act-On Software

Act-On is used by several departments. We use it for outbound and inbound marketing purposes. We also use it to score leads coming in for sales development. Act-Oon is also used to keep track of leads visiting our site. We can easily assign leads to the respective individual based on the lead activity we see. It's a great marketing tool that adds value to our daily business activities.

I would select Act-On over competitors in the marketing space. While it can be used for sales outreach, I would not select it as a sales tool.
Act-On is a great marketing tool. I would recommend Act-On to marketing professionals, but not so much sales. I like a lot of the marketing functions, I just wish they were more compatible with a sales outreach workflow.
