Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
I used ActiveCampaign personally for my own business, as well as recommend it to my clients. I chose ActiveCampaign because it allows me to create complex email automation that can be easily shared/imported by my clients. Not only does this make implementation a breeze on their end, but it also increases the value of my services. I've used every other ESP and CRM software out there, and ActiveCampaign is the least expensive, most user-friendly, and provides the greatest level of customization and complexity so there are no limitations/restrictions in what I can do with my marketing.

- I honestly have not come across anything I wish ActiveCampaign would do differently - they are constantly listening and improving.
- Being able to provide done-for-you email automation to clients (that they easily imported and customized for themselves) was a game-changer for myself and my clients. This easily increased my product value by thousands of dollars.
I've used many ESP and CRM software that TrustRadius does not have listed (such as Kartra, ConvertKit, etc.). ActiveCampaign beats all of this in price, user-friendly implementation, ability to easily create complex subscriber-responsive campaigns/automation, and more.
