Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
Active Campaign is being used by Phantom Billstickers for email marketing campaigns. It is being used by the Marketing department only at this stage, but we are looking to extend the CRM piece to the Sales team. The automation functions as a way for us to send engaging and personalized content to customers to encourage them to become repeat customers.
- Setting up automation is very easy and intuitive.
- The onboarding process and help from Active Campaign has been amazing and helped solve any issues I have had.
- Some of the personalization on automation requires too much input of information or assigning when it could be a simple client detail from the client card.
- It's enabled us to run intelligent and efficient email marketing campaigns, which was one of our objectives this year.
- Shopify integration is going to be great for when we launch that part of the business in Q3.
