Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

ActiveCampaign has been used by us for contact/client management and engagement. The things I like most about it are the simplicity, scalability, and automation. By using ActiveCampaign, I have been able to reduce the amount of time it takes for us to engage potential clients, and make sure we don't lose track of clients and potential clients who have not been engaged for a while.

  • Client/potential client engagement.
  • Email campaign creation, more specifically the template design tools.
  • Provide a little more detail for their API.
  • It has reduced the amount of time and money spent on lead tracking and engagement.
  • It has reduced the amount of time and money spent on current client engagement.
ActiveCampaign is excellent for any business needing to manage large amounts of contacts and more easily be able to track and engage them. I think it is designed to fit most, if not all, circumstances. Since they have a lite plan which provides the basic features, it fits businesses which are just starting out, to businesses who have been around for a while.
