Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
We use ActiveCampaign to create opt ins forms and email automations. It helps with my lead generation and customer service. We are a small company and we do not have departments. Recently it has been great tool to use to add value to our clients experience. It has also helped with clients acquisition and leads generation.

- Easy contact list editing and management.
- Great template available
- Forms could have more personalised background like pics.
- Videos played in the emails
- Much easier to link to website and generate links.
- Great with email marketing.
- Faster clients response
I just found it a much easier platform to use against others. Generally more intuitive. Great customer service. I did not expect the initial call to check if i needed any help with my set up.

Using ActiveCampaign
1 - Well i use it personally to create value adding automations, leads collection forms and follow up/sales emails for offers.
1 - General understanding of lead generation softwares it is enough. I have started with no knowledge about this particular software and it didn't take long to get used to. There is a lot of informational material on the platform and the customer service is great in case you get stuck.

Evaluating ActiveCampaign and Competitors
Yes - Mailchimp, i didn't find it as intuitive as active campaign.
