Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
I use Active Campaign to run my mailing list and all my promotional & course emails.
ActiveCampaign allows me to trigger personalised, timely emails to my clients without my constant intervention which as a business owner gives me more time to concentrate on growing my business.
As a creative person I love the visual automation builder and the fact that you can trigger different actions/automations based on my customers behaviour.
I also love the fact that [ActiveCampaign] seamlessly integrates with the other software I use.
- Visual Automations Builder - This helps you see clearly how your automations will work
- Deep WooCommerce Integration: Means I can trigger/schedule emails to customers who have purchased certain products
- Can be slow to load
- Can be pricey depending on what you need to do
- Decreased the amount of time spent on mundane tasks
- Provides me with plenty of tools to help grow my business
Much more robust, better deliverability rates, better automations, more opportunity and ways to grow your business

ActiveCampaign Feature Ratings
Using ActiveCampaign
1 - All
- Running automated email sequences to coincide with courses
- Targeted sales email for sales funnels
- Saves me heaps of time automating mundane procedures
- Active campaign lets me trigger texts to myself notifying me of students progress through each course they take which then allows me to send out little incentives to reward them.
- Trying to remember to log in to my course platform to do this every day would be a nightmare. Just another way that Active Campaign takes over a menial task and lets me concentrate on more important things
- Sky is the limit!

No because the support I get is adequate for my needs
Active Campaign provides businesses with some fantastic automations but sometimes it can take a little time to get your automation working correctly. This was the case a few months back when I was trying to tag customers with different tags when they placed orders depending on what they had purchased.
After scratching my head for a few days because things were not working as expected (it was a complicated automation in my defence lol!) I reached out to support and they got things working perfectly in no time.
