Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

We started using ActiveCampaign from a recommendation, as we were building another platform. We had been using another CRM and found the tags and automations so effective for us to manage our mailing list and to have regular contact with engaged users.

I don't use it to it's fullest capacity and would need more time to learn and implement the other resources it offers. The speed of opening and navigating between campaigns/automations/contacts is slow. I have found it great to automate systems for managing contacts.
I attended a few workshops when I first started using it. I have also been able to reach out to consultants who use it in the Facebook community for questions.
It works to send monthly/weekly information to our mailing list and to manage people and the content they get.
