ActiveCampaign is essential to our core customer experience processes. We rely on ActiveCampaign to properly welcome customers who opt in, allow us to emails with promotional content, manage leads and deliver hyper-personalized correspondence, it helps us to build relationships with our customers. ActiveCampaign also has the ability to integrate with multiple platforms that we use, so we're able to build up a comprehensive understanding of our audience, represent currently 25 to 30% of our sales, with really easy-to-use reports and most important accurate data.

I have used it for small and large businesses and it works great. is important to always remember that is a platform that you need to grow base on your needs. their customer support whenever I needed support I was able to get help even had phone calls with team members.
