Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

We have an active contact capture on our Squarespace site and have used ActiveCampaign to contact existing customers by email. We are conscious that we underutilise the potential afforded by ActiveCampaign. This is in part due to the time investment required to get over the learning curve required for this tool.

  • Faced deliverability issues with our first email to customers which negatively impacted our initial campaign offering a special presale offer for 1 week period. Support did help but by the time it was fixed, one week was almost over and it was challenging to know who received it and who hadn't
ActiveCampaign is superior to both of these Mailchimp and Google Sheets. Google Sheets is as complicated as ActiveCampaign to harness for customer relationship or list management but much less capable due to the specialised knowledge required to use it in this way. Mailchimp is easier to use, but less extendable than ActiveCampaign.
