Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

I have loved using ActiveCampaign to grow my business. It has made tracking and lead generation seamless and the customer service is impeccable! I get quick and thorough responses [to] any questions I submit and the platform itself is easy to navigate and can be paired with other aspects of my business which makes everything flow with ease. I highly recommend ActiveCampaign. As a small business owner who is fairly new to this world, it has made my journey a lot smoother than anticipated!

Pros

Cons

  • More clearly stating options for upgrading package due to list size. I’ve had a few issues with overpaying.
  • Lead generation - grown my list from 30 to over 2k
More flexibility and customization, easier to understand. Much better customer service.
