Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
ActiveCampaign allowed me to very easily stay in touch with my email list - I was able to very easily send out newsletters, sales offers, and other communications. I was also able to tag the clients according to how they interacted with me. This also allowed me to retarget them as needed. I was a beginner that had previously used Mailchimp, but ActiveCampaign was much more robust while being very user-friendly.
- Send out monthly newsletters to my clients
- Tag my clients so that I can re-target them in various campaigns
- Send out a Sales offer to my email list
- Create a series of emails to a select audience
- Connect ActiveCampaign to my other systems (i.e. - Leadpages, etc.)
- The tagging feature was great, but it was difficult to learn
- It was a little on the expensive side
- It needed additional tiers for pricing
- I was able to grow my email list by 500 names in just a few days
- My revenue greatly increased by 80% due to the automation
- My clients and revenue increased due to the tagging/re-targeting option.
I had to hire an entire team to manage Keap as it was so complex and not user friendly and it was very expensive. Mailchimp was very easy to use, but had less features that I needed. ActiveCampaign is the better of the 3, but still a little expensive. However, the features make the price worth it all. Again - very user friendly and tons of helpful features and options.
