Our whole business uses ActiveCampaign in all our communication with our customers for newsletters, broadcasts, announcements, events, and offers. ActiveCampaign is such a powerful tool when it comes to communicating in a natural and engaging way with our customers. To our organization's authenticity is important, and with the help of ActiveCampaign, we're able to come across more relatable, thanks to the personalization and other smart features.
- Handle automations like no other service out there.
- Is able to create more finely tuned interactions and adjust content based on user interaction.
- Superb deliverability. In my experience very few emails go into spam folders thanks to the stellar backend of ActiveCampign
- The automation takes some time to build. There are helpful templates, and yet I find myself wanting to build from scratch which is a bit more complicated.
- They recently launched the page builder for landing pages that is good. And I'd like to see the feature improved and receive a facelift to look a bit more modern.
- Opening rate has increased due to improved deliverability compared to our previous provider.
- Customers replying to the email with personal messages and feedback thanks to them feeling that the messages are speaking to them. And this is made possible with ActiveCampaign's functions to personalize and show the most relevant information to the right audience.
- Sales conversation has improved thanks for the more targeted content that again is a great function that can be used. To show certain content to specific users is helping us be more relevant.
