Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use ActiveCampaign to maintain my mailing list and send campaigns, and automated responses, allowing me to better stay in touch with my followers. I find it easy to automate my lead magnets, set tags and get the help I need. Also, the forms are easily customized to fit my brand.

Pros and Cons

Each person is only counted once regardless of how many lists they are on.
The system for using tags works well with my way of thinking.
Great value for what I am getting.

I wish they had a better way for me to keep notes of what I've done so I can remember when I return after not checking on automation or form for months.

Return on Investment

I don't track ROI at this stage.
ActiveCampaign has made it possible for me to track my customers and followers with little effort so I can focus on my content and classes.

If you want to maintain a mailing list with tags and keep people segmented and follow up easily and use lead magnets, track sales, and trigger automation like a boss, ActiveCampaign is excellent. I don't know where it is less appropriate as I have not found anything in my small business it can't do. Perhaps for larger businesses, it would be less suitable?
