Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

We use ActiveCampaign for our B2B marketing and sales (CRM). The automations are great and user-friendly. ActiveCampaign has many features, and it takes some time to learn how to use them all. It's worth it, though! We use chat support quite a bit. It's fast, and the support people are very polite and usually manage to help us. It has many integrations. We use the one with Google Sheets a lot. We also use webhooks. One feature that we find is missing is Whatsapp integration which they are working on. We highly recommend ActiveCampaign!
  • Automations
  • Sending marketing emails
  • Landing pages
  • WHATSAPP integration
  • Merging deals
  • Copying data from fields among contacts, tasks, accounts and deals
  • Importing has a few bugs
  • We haven't used ActiveCampaign long enough to have a ROI impact.
RD Station has WhatsApp integration which is very important for Brazil. But it does not have a CRM, which ActiveCampaign does. ActiveCampaign allows many more users for the same price as the competition.

2 - Very organized and logical.
We've invested a lot of time learning how to use ActiveCampaign. So changing to the competition, we would lose all this knowledge.

Lots to learn
  • Automations
  • Deal management
  • Importing

  • Copying info between areas: Contacts - Deals - Tasks - Accounts
You take some time to get used to ActiveCampaign. Chat help is very good. However, email follow-up is not. Bugs take a long time to be fixed and without feedback when they are eventually fixed.

Upgrading ActiveCampaign

Yes - Yes. However, prices went up a lot, and we had to negotiate.
