Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
We have used Active Campaign at both of my companies for both a CRM and contact categorization database, as well as email marketing. Staying on top of client engagement is critical for us to refine our product market fit and optimize conversion rates of sales prospects, as well as investors. The main problem it addressed was finding something within a reasonable price point that offered value for that cost and was very easy to implement and use ongoing.

- Adding more features and design options to the email beautifying
- Critical savings on time, which otherwise could have cost us thousands in fundraising opportunity cost
- Able to more easily quantify sales pipeline wins and reporting
- HubSpot CRM and EngageBay Inc.
Others were either way overpriced, or way less user-friendly. The best value is ActiveCampaign. I felt like all other options I explored, (many more than listed), I felt like I couldn't get them up and running quickly enough, and I also felt ripped off by all of the other offerings as a whole as far as value for my money.
