It gives us a complete view of our business without the opinion of the employees. It allows us to track software and asset utilization. This will allow us to better manage our people and our money spent on useless equipment and software. It also allows us to tailor our training program to best suit the employees.
Having a team of both on-site and off-site employees is challenging. This software allows us to group my category so we can analyze each separately. This allows us to train for on-site employees challenges as well as off-site employee challenges. We can also gauge what equipment and software are necessary for our remote employees to be more productive.
