ActivTrak is currently being used across our whole office as a means to monitor the time taken to carry out certain processes and allow us to see areas of improvement and development of the processes. Allowing us to ensure we are always reviewing best practise to ensure we have a true reflection of it within our office.

By allowing us to assign different categories and processes to each webpage visited to now gives us a clear view and breakdown of how long certain processes are now taking for the team to carry out.
It has allowed us to monitor staff breaks and pauses throughout the day to ensure everyone is taking lunch and little rests for their own wellbeing.
