This was deployed to maintain supervision of remote workers. It allows me to monitor the usage and productivity of my staff.
- Takes screen shots.
- Allows for categorizing of content to report on employee productivity.
- Keeps a log of the usage for each staff and allows you to see real working time.
- Allows you to compare staff productivity.
- This needs to be able to be deployed remotely for all platforms. Upon update, mine stopped monitoring my staff PC's. I would have to have their computer to update- not convenient.

It is interesting to see the comparison of productivity from one staff to another. You may be surprised at the results. It gives an employer insight into the daily routine of their staff.
It helps you overcome the lack of being on-site with your staff to directly monitor them. It lets you see what they are actually doing during work hours and allows you to gauge whether or not they are utilizing their time appropriately.
I looked into various other agents. This was the best product that I could find for my needs. I have a small agency that was working from home and I needed to assure myself that they were using their time efficiently. The only change I would make is to fix the upgrading issue- I currently have no monitoring until I can gain physical access to my staff PC's.
