Overall Satisfaction with ActivTrak
ActivTrak is used to track employee productivity and make sure staff are not using computers/company time for personal activity. It also allows managers to track passive time.

- The impacts have been positive. We've been able to verify employees that we suspected were using time/equipment inappropriately.
- I like the activity log, helps me to monitor work daily[.]
- Also like the productivity reports[.]
I feel we've improved productivity with staff that have a history of distraction either on their personal devices or using company [computers] for personal business. I've also been able to verify that certain staff [is] indeed working when other people have questioned that employee's productivity.
We haven't been using the software in that way.
It's helped us monitor computers for personal usage and address this with staff[.]
