Overall Satisfaction with ActivTrak
We use ActivTrak to track the productivity of our offshore staff. It allows us to see if these remote workers are actually working on their assigned tasks or if they are just online watching videos.
- Track each user's productivity
- Block traffic to unauthorized websites.
- Shows how long every user has [spent] working on a particular application or how long they were in a meeting or call.
- Creating dashboards and visualizing a team's productivity could be easier.
- It identifies employees that need additional training, based on their productivity and identifies those that are slacking off.
