Overall Satisfaction with ActivTrak
We monitor staff productivity since the company has gone virtual / WFH.
- Detailed user activity logs
- Alarms & Alerts
- Handling exceptions and exclusions
- Emailed reports depend on Google Data Studio
- Lack of customized reporting in general although the builtin reporting isn't bad
- The collector agent installed on clients is quirky
- It has helped weed out poor performers who WFH
- People do not always respond well to the big brother aspect of the software
- The interactive analysis and reporting features
Across teams, it gives a better idea of average productivity which has led to less and more productive meetings since we found people were losing too much time daily in meetings.
So far it's just supported the company decided to go virtual since we've found either no change or actually better productivity since going remote.
