The management team uses ActivTrak for their individual team groups. It is a great resource to monitor activities and have conversations with employees that are struggling with time management.

It has definitely helped with remote employees. A few employees commented they were putting in long hours and when we showed them their productivity reports that didn't document their comments, their performance improved
