Overall Satisfaction with ActivTrak

Our company uses ActivTrack to ensure the safety of our company information. It is also used as a productivity monitoring tool for our remote team.

  • Provides peace of mind and eliminates guesswork when we need to know if a remote employee is actually being productive.

  • ActivTrak is easy to download and install, this helps employees peace of mind.
  • It eliminates the need to physically micromanage and frees up time for actual work
  • We can use ActivTrak to cross-check the logged hours vs the worked hours.
ActivTrak is one of the few platforms available that allow us to prompt employees with popups when they do something wrong without actually making a note of it in their log. The idea is that rather than noting their mistake (or forbidden activity) but not educating them about what they did wrong, it takes a more positive and proactive approach.
We do not measure this at our company.
Ensuring that employees are engaged during business hours. Verifying that employees are closely aligned to goals. Keeping track of what tools may be slowing productivity. Identifying employees that need training or mentoring.
This is the only monitoring tool we have worked with.
