Overall Satisfaction with ActivTrak
I mainly use ActivTrak to keep track of attendance via the working hours report. I also use it to monitor the productivity of our employees.

- Random issues have happened
- Sometimes lack of communication regarding random issues
- Cumbersome classification feature
- Because some users know we have it, it keeps them honest
- Some users didn't realize we have it and we were able to address lack of productivity
- It has helped us figure out an internal dispute regarding work productivity
- Working hours report - the main reason we wanted it
- Being able to drill down by user to see what they are doing if necessary
- Being able to give alias names to users
- Daily reporting function via email of the working hour report sent to HR
Being able to take a glance at productivity and if someones seem low, we can drill down and see what they were or were not doing to get a better perspective before taking action.
ActivTrak has helped us figure out what support staff was consistently busy and which ones were not. Then we made adjustments accordingly.
I wouldn't say it has had a dramatic effect but it certainly has given us a better overall perspective.

Element 55 - we found it to be more intrusive and not as easy to implement. ActivTrak was so simple to set up and when we had the meeting to discuss implementation - we were pleasantly surprised to say to ourselves "that's it."
