Decent productivity monitoring tool

We use ActivTrak to monitor computer usage and for support and troubleshooting - It is very helpful in providing insights into who is using their laptop for things other than work, and to view the way staff are doing things to see how we can streamline different processes and ensure staff are following processes correctly.

We can see a percentage of time people are productive and unproductive, as well as which applications and website they have been using throughout a set period, be it a day, a week, a month, or a custom time frame.

We are able to produce reports detailing which members of staff may need additional training based on how they follow the procedures in place for their job.

We haven't really used the information provided to balance workloads.

We've seen the way people use the various software provided and streamlined it so that menial and repetitive tasks are automated - Without the insights provided, it would be difficult to understand how people are processing data without asking them directly, which can somtimes be difficult with so many users.
