Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We're using Acumatica to achieve a higher level of efficiency through automation and simple workflows. We have simplified the approach to our complex matrix in Shopify items using Acumatica. Being able to manage our storefronts via Acumatica has been a game changer. All our data in one place has provided great peace of mind.

We use Acumatica for all things distribution. It has met all of our needs and then some. Warehouse automations have changed the game for us, our employees couldn't be happier. Being able to automate tons of processes has taken weight off the shoulders of every one of our departments!

Acumatica Implementation

It was a great overall experience. We worked with Acumatica directly for our implementation, so we felt that they were best suited to handle our needs at the time. It helped us transform the warehouse. That was a definite area of need for us. It was a very manual process before, but they helped us automate and bring that to a whole new level.

Just directly through Acumatica.
Yes - Yes. So it was a multi-phase implementation. We have research and discovery and then once we figured out all of our business needs, they kind of worked with us to determine those. We kind of mapped everything. And then from there was the implementation process and then an overview of how the implementation went and just making sure that we were all set.
  • The most significant issue was definitely implementing our matrix items. We had a really complicated set of items of inventory.
  • We deal with standard stock items, non-stock items, but also non-stock kits, matrix items, non stock kits that are matrix items.
  • We have just a whole list of complex inventory, so that was definitely the largest issue. But Acumatica really, they simplified the process. It was really confusing at the start, but they really helped us resolve that issue.
