Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We are moving to Acumatica for our sales, financials, and warehouse/inventory needs.
  • Links associated items like sales and purchase orders
  • Makes seeing inventory easy
  • Lots of customizations needed to get it working for day one
  • Still pre-implementation
Acumatica University
We are better able to track our inventory and have cleaner booking processes.
We use it for sales, financials, inventory, and order fulfillment.
These were supporting items that were needed to shore up non-native functionality.

lots of bumps in getting work processes mapped out. a bunch of customizations were needed.

Change management was a major issue with the implementation - need much better process scoping/mapping early on. we ended up wasting time on a bunch of setups for modules we can't really use with our business cases.
