Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

I use ACM for Sales and Marketing. I have found that with the addition of Acumatica, that it has streamlined processes, particularly in the reference to inventory availability as needed for sales. We are still implementing warehouse management systems, and that will further streamline the company and create additional efficiencies.
  • Visibility into account history is very clear and easy to reference
  • Inventory reports are accurate and easy to use
  • I'd like to learn more how to use ACM for marketing. I know there are functions that I don't know how to use, so training on that segment would be beneficial.
  • I would like to see more user information on new releases. I feel that the releases contain information that would be beneficial, but we don't always know it exists.
  • I can't wait until the Acumatica/Amazon connector is complete and launched.
  • ACM has provided streamlined processes that have helped us reduce staff and plan to scale for the new year.
Acumatica University
Since we import inventory from international partners, it has assisted with visibility into what is needed to be purchased as well as provide clear timelines for availability to our sales team. We have also been able to determine slow selling items to promote with special marketing campaigns. Visibility that the sales team did not have clear access to in the past.
I was not part of that selection process.

I don't have visibility into purchasing, accounting, or WMS to speak on that, but I do feel that the sales and marketing segments that I utilize offer functions that far exceed our previous system. It has been nice getting ACM up and running and having the historical data to plan for the year ahead.

Using Acumatica

It has taken us 3 years and a huge expense for the company to get this going. We would not be starting over at this time.
