Overall Satisfaction with Adaptive Defense 360 / WatchGuard EPDR

The product is used as a proactive defense on our PC clients. The whole department uses it. In addition to using Adaptive Defense 360 in our reality, we provide it and study it for our customers. With the support of the manufacturer we try to solve any compatibility problems and false positives.

The product is effective, light thanks to Cloud technology. It keeps the promises indicated in its specifications, and the constant monitoring with daily reports helps to a complete centralized management of the product. Excellent for companies with numerous users. In addition, the after-sales support is easy to access, with professionalism and determination in looking for a solution to any compatibility problems.
The possibility of having a centralized structure to view the activities of each client, and to activate in real time in case of need, has allowed us to drastically reduce elements of data loss and business operations before the infection processes became irreversible. But also to solve any compatibility problems or false positives on third-party programs, limiting machine downtime from hours to a few minutes.
