Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

I use it as part of the publication process for certain documents. I also use it to edit existing documents. I also use it to share design projects at different stages. I am able to share a lot of content while not always having a large single file making deliver much easer in most cases.
  • Creates documents that good for sharing that limit editing options.
  • Creates documents that are good for getting signature /approvals.
  • Creating formats that can be shared in a range of applications.
  • I don't really have any big issues. Any problems tend to be project-specific and fixable.
  • Every software package could be improved in some way I guess but I have gotten used to working with it so I'm happy.
  • It works well with a wide range of projects.
  • It works well with a wide range of other software packages.
  • Cloud Solutions
  • Integration with Other Systems
  • Ease of Use
While it is part of my Adobe subscription I also do use it when connected to word publishing software as well as photo work. It is also an easy way to create print projects that are small to medium in size that can be printed either by a person or a printing company.
  • its been positive as it has provided a way for me to produce small projects for publications.
It is good to know they produce products that don't add extra risk to my workflow. I have not had any problems with compliance requirements but it does give me the opportunity to send documents to someone and let them add a signature or other possible editing and then receive it back with no problems.
For now, I use Adobe CC so it's part of that package for me. I have not really had any reason to look at other platforms all that much. I know that Microsoft Office has its own version of a PDF publisher that seems to work very similarly to Adobe. Other than these I am not really aware of the others.

Do you think Adobe Acrobat delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Adobe Acrobat's feature set?

Yes

Did Adobe Acrobat live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Adobe Acrobat go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Adobe Acrobat again?

Yes

It's great when I want to publish a document and limit the way someone has to make any changes to it. I can also use it to publish magazines and books or other marketing/advertising materials. I use it as a way to send invoices to clients. It can also be great to send documents when needing signatures. Given how much they keep updating the product I keep finding new ways to get more use out of it.
