Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat DC

As a small law firm, we use Adobe Acrobat DC every single day, multiple times a day. We use Adobe Acrobat DC with incoming and outgoing correspondence, including documents from courts, medical records, legal pleadings, and all forms of documents. We also use Adobe Acrobat DC to sign documents and request signatures.
  • eSignature
  • Compiling large sets of documents
  • Bates stamping
  • Making Bates stamping a little more simple or intuitive
  • Providing more robust support
  • Providing additional information about protected and protecting documents and the functions associated with it
  • Bates Stamping
  • eSignature
  • Sorting and combining Documents
  • Increased efficiency
  • Decrease use of paper
  • Improved compliance
Adobe Acrobat DC does have a bit of a learning curve when you first start using it. Some higher-quality support or support articles might make this learning curve shorter; however, once the system is learned on a rudimentary level, Adobe Acrobat DC is quite simple to use. The functions make sense and are labeled relatively well.
As a law firm, we handle a great deal of sensitive data, information, and documents for clients. Security and compliance are paramount, and Adobe Acrobat DC's security features, such as password protection, allow us to remain compliant and also provide peace of mind in our day-to-day dealings with the high volume of documents that go in and out of our organization.

Adobe Acrobat DC is an essential tool for any business that handles documents on a large scale. The legal industry specifically relies heavily on PDFs and I'm not sure any modern law firm in America can insulate themselves from PDFs. Adobe Acrobat DC is an invaluable tool for services related businesses that use document generation and intake. Adobe Acrobat DC allows you to edit, manipulate, compile, sign, stamp and do so much more with documents.
