Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Analytics
Adobe Analytics is used to track our website traffic as well as client website traffic in a simpler way than Google Analytics does. Adobe Analytics takes complex data, simplifies it, and shows you exactly what you want to see in extremely 'pretty to look at' reports that can be fully customized.
- Alerts you when there are anomalies in your analytics.
- Ties into your CRM.
- The Data is journey focused/goal focused.
- It's prettier than Google Analytics and easier to use (for beginners).
- Definitely not as mainstream as Google Analytics.
- Somehow it doesn't always match our analytics correctly.
- There is quite a bit of setup work involved to make sure it works right.
- Adobe Analytics is extremely expensive and not always worth the money.
- It doesn't have all of the same features our clients are used to out of Google Analytics.
- Not very useful if you don't use the rest of the Adobe ecosystem.
Adobe analytics is very similar to Google Analytics 360. The one thing I say that turns us off from using Adobe Analytics on more clients is the fact that it isn't easy to set up compared to Analytics. Google Analytics focuses more on your website as a whole, versus Adobe Analytics focuses more on marketing campaigns and campaign tracking.

Using Adobe Analytics
6 - The team members that use Adobe Analytics are all in our marketing department. To be frank, some clients we have just don't like Google Analytics. Although we use Google Analytics as the main source, Adobe has some great integrations that allow us to track things in an easier way for clients to understand.
6 - Everyone who is a part of our marketing team are trained from day 1 to be able to support our clients using Adobe Analytics.
