Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Analytics

Adobe Analytics is used to track our website traffic as well as client website traffic in a simpler way than Google Analytics does. Adobe Analytics takes complex data, simplifies it, and shows you exactly what you want to see in extremely 'pretty to look at' reports that can be fully customized.
  • Alerts you when there are anomalies in your analytics.
  • Ties into your CRM.
  • The Data is journey focused/goal focused.
  • It's prettier than Google Analytics and easier to use (for beginners).
  • Definitely not as mainstream as Google Analytics.
  • Somehow it doesn't always match our analytics correctly.
  • There is quite a bit of setup work involved to make sure it works right.
  • Adobe Analytics is extremely expensive and not always worth the money.
  • It doesn't have all of the same features our clients are used to out of Google Analytics.
  • Not very useful if you don't use the rest of the Adobe ecosystem.
Adobe analytics is very similar to Google Analytics 360. The one thing I say that turns us off from using Adobe Analytics on more clients is the fact that it isn't easy to set up compared to Analytics. Google Analytics focuses more on your website as a whole, versus Adobe Analytics focuses more on marketing campaigns and campaign tracking.
I think Adobe Analytics gives good customer service as a whole. If you have dealt with Adobe products (i.e. the creative suite or other tools), you know that their customer service is fairly responsive via their ticketing system. They could probably provide slightly better support (like Google) considering you are paying $100k+ to use their product (in many cases).

Do you think Adobe Analytics delivers good value for the price?

No

Are you happy with Adobe Analytics's feature set?

Yes

Did Adobe Analytics live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Adobe Analytics go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Adobe Analytics again?

Yes

If you are in a situation where you want to have another tracking tool outside of Google Analytics, Adobe analytics is the way to go. You can set up easy-to-use goals and journeys that track what your users are doing from beginning to end (conversion). You can also set up alerts that make it easier to know if something is happening that seems out of the norm.

Using Adobe Analytics

6 - The team members that use Adobe Analytics are all in our marketing department. To be frank, some clients we have just don't like Google Analytics. Although we use Google Analytics as the main source, Adobe has some great integrations that allow us to track things in an easier way for clients to understand.
6 - Everyone who is a part of our marketing team are trained from day 1 to be able to support our clients using Adobe Analytics. They deal with everything from a basic tracking standpoint all the way through to being able to creating specific journeys and working with better attribution than most people are typically used to.
  • Better Tracking
  • Client Dashboards
  • Customer Tracking
  • Predictive Analytics
  • Customer Journey Tracking
  • Better Attribution
  • Good predictive analytics
  • Audience creation for look-a-like/similar audiences
  • Building audience profiles
We love adobe analytics. It's easy to use and our clients that use it unanimously love it. I'd recommend this to anyone who needs a great looking predictive analytics tool or someone who needs to understand what specific customers are doing, who they are, and what their paths on the website look like.
