We provide online services to customers. The problem was we didn't have an existing customer database. Adobe Campaign helped us in creating a personalised customer database. It aided in the delivery of personalised communications based on the client's profile, behaviour, interests, and requirements. Email integration and automation also helped us in creating personalised emails. It also helped in the creating of landing pages like subscription forms, offers, etc. By using Adobe Campaign we got great customer satisfaction.
