Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Captivate Prime

Captivate Prime is being used to help measure how well the team is progressing with our training. The variety of reports that I can generate is great.

Pros

  • Reporting is great.
  • Measure progress of individuals.
  • Evaluate what changes are needed for a training module.

Cons

  • Learning how to use product was not user friendly.
  • Must go through the tutorials before using.
  • Not easy to click and find what you need.
  • Measure how well participants were performing.
  • Reporting is great.
  • Able to get overall analysis of each training module.
I did not work with a Customer Success manager.
It is a good application. But there is a learning curve and the tutorials must be taken first to understand how to use it.
