Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Connect

We have a large team of individuals that manage content for our large website. Prior to the pandemic, we would conduct in-person training sessions. Obviously, this was not possible recently. We have used Adobe Connect to conduct online training sessions for our staff instead of conducting in-person training. This has worked very well for us and we have received great feedback from our users.
  • Ability to conduct online training sessions.
  • Ability for users to connect from any location.
  • Ability to record.
  • It is fairly expensive.
  • More online tutorials for admins.
  • Allowed normal operations to continue while working remote.
  • Allowed online training sessions to be held.
  • Allowed trainings to be recorded for future viewing.
Adobe Connect is better for hosting online training sessions. It seems to provide more control over the virtual meeting environment when compared to Teams. Although both offer many of the same features it just seems that Adobe Connect is the easier product to use.

Adobe Connect provides an easy-to-understand interface that allows quick access to the many features that it offers. Being familiar with other Adobe products has made using this software an easy transition. If you are familiar with how other Adobe products work you should have no issues learning how to use this product.
Support options are available to us but we have not had a need to use them at this time.
We have found Adobe Connect to be highly effective in situations where we need to provide training to users in a remote environment. We used to do in-person training, but the ability to host these sessions online has been a lifesaver, allowing us to continue normal operations during these challenging times.
