Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Marketo Engage

We use Marketo to create forms, emails, and landing pages. Personally, as a web developer, I spend most of my time on the forms side of things, however, I know our demand-gen team has also had great success with their email campaigns.

Cons

  • Would be nice to have the ability to search for a form using the form ID rather than just the form title
  • Improved our lead nurturing process
  • Expanded our ability to track user behavior
In terms of automation and analytics, Marketo is amazing - my only complaint is that the user interface is not the most intuitive in my opinion. I would like to see them incorporate some more advanced search features to help locate specific forms or LPs within a larger corporate account. If they can improve that, I think it would go a long way to smoothing out the learning curve for new users.
