Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Marketo Engage
The business problem that we are addressing is speed to lead. People come to Drift all the time and don't fill out forms or attend without webinars or read out content and I have no way to communicate with them because they appear to be ghosts. But with Adobe Marketo Engage, some of those leads of mine get put straight into nurture sequences and only the high intent ones are surfaced to me. Makes me more efficient as a seller. Spending my time on the leads that have the highest propensity to buy.
Pros
- send me emails of lead
- run reports as to how quickly SDR's respond to leads
- gives a report as to who was on the website the day before
- Helps me see what campaigns are working and our marketing squad doubles down on those
Cons
- it hasn't been updated in a while
- it could be sent via slack as opposed to email (think it may already do this but we don't have it turned on sadly)
- I with it told me when the person was online in real time
- Helps increase our sdr productivity
- helps engage more people on our landing pages
- helps keep track of who is on our webinar and case studies
